1. How did we define this persona?

This space is designed specifically for founders, board members and operational teams of small and medium-sized non-profits active in Liège province. Driven by a strong social commitment, these associations rarely have an in-house IT department or technology watch. Too often cut off from the realities of the modern web, they navigate on outdated communication practices and massively under-use the potential of digital tools, simply because they are unaware that adapted, ethical solutions exist for them.

2. What challenges and objectives are at stake?
